What I'm looking for

I seek a client-focused role combining legal research, document management, and IT support in an organization that values collaboration and professional growth.

I am a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) graduate from the University of the West Indies with practical experience supporting attorneys, conducting legal research, and managing client communications. I combine legal knowledge with hands-on IT and customer service experience to streamline workflows and protect sensitive data.

In my current role I assist with document preparation, case file management, and technical troubleshooting while coordinating with clients and developers to implement efficient data entry and records systems. Previously, I maintained a 95% satisfaction rate handling HR-related queries at a major call centre and gained strong customer-facing skills through multiple Work & Travel placements in the U.S.

I am driven to apply my cross-functional abilities in a client-focused environment that values growth and collaboration, offering meticulous attention to detail, reliable technical support, and clear, professional communication.
