I'm looking for contract, grants, compliance, or project-management work where I can independently manage complex documentation, coordinate stakeholders, improve processes, and move initiatives from development through completion.

I manage contracts, cooperative agreements, and project documentation across architecture, federal grant, and investment-focused work. At COAR Design Group, I create and administer contracts, consultant agreements, proposals, amendments, and templates that reduce ambiguity across projects.

I've managed more than 150 USDA-funded cooperative agreements totaling approximately $75 million and $123 million, while also supporting USDA and USCIS programs at AttainX. My background includes grant compliance, stakeholder coordination, financial reporting, investor relations, and AI-assisted document-review workflows.
