Direct and manage an 80+ member mathematics student organization with multiple departments, aligning execution with organizational bylaws and strategic goals. Oversee concurrent work programs, budget allocation, and training initiatives to improve member competencies.

Lead targeted problem-solving reviews and run weekly recitation sessions for integral calculus, infinite series, and multivariable functions. Authored a study module adopted as the departmental standard across course sections.

Engineer and manage the administrative framework for SSMI orientation, including documentation and reporting for the executive board’s flagship program. Standardize internal communications and data tracking workflows, and coordinate submissions, archival, and multi-day scheduling.

Plan and execute an IMC Bootcamp and data analysis/visualization and operations research competition, aligning technical problem statements with risk and optimization frameworks. Coordinate a pipeline of participants and manage logistics and technical preparation with judges and sponsors.
