Daniel Jonathan

I’m a motivated Economics and Development Studies graduate with experience in data analysis, data management, research, and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL). I focus on accuracy, analytical thinking, and delivering quality results for management and stakeholders.

In my recent work as a Data Manager, I managed beneficiary databases, ensured data quality, and collected, analyzed, and interpreted programme data. I prepared impact reports to support Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and policy-related decisions.

Before that, I worked as a Data Enumerator where I collected, cleaned, validated, and analyzed field data using Microsoft Excel. I verified GPS coordinates and resolved data inconsistencies, then supported reporting and documentation using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

I also bring strong coordination and support skills from consulting, NGO, and hospitality settings. As an Executive Member with Helping Hand Foundation, I coordinate volunteers and community programmes, and I use stakeholder engagement and operational planning to help programmes run smoothly.
