What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote or on-site role in network administration, installation, and maintenance, with opportunities to troubleshoot and provide user support.

During my Network Technician internship in Bujumbura, I installed and configured local networks, Cisco routers, and Wi-Fi access points.

I diagnosed and resolved network and internet problems, supported users, and performed preventive maintenance.

I'm continuing to build my networking skills through Packet Tracer, Cisco labs, and tutorials, with the goal of earning a CCNA certification.
