What I'm looking for

I seek senior legal roles advising on competition, digital markets, AI and data protection within innovative, regulated tech or telecom companies or law firms focused on strategy and regulatory engagement.

I am a partner and head of the Competition practice with over 20 years advising at the intersection of competition law, digital markets, AI and data governance. I lead integrated teams supporting TMT and privacy matters and represent clients before competition and sectoral regulators.

Throughout my career I have handled merger control, unilateral conduct and cartel investigations, compliance programs, and strategic regulatory advisory for technology, telecom and internet companies. I combine litigation and regulatory experience with practical business-focused solutions.

I have authored numerous articles and book chapters on competition, digital markets and data protection, and I participate in public policy and regulatory consultation processes. My recent work has focused on platform regulation, AI governance, international data transfers and the data economy.

I hold an LL.M. in Competition Law and recent certifications in AI ethics and regulation. I seek to support scalable, innovation-friendly and legally secure business models in highly regulated digital ecosystems.
