As a Human Resources Lead with over 6 years of experience, I specialize in Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, and creating impactful HR solutions in fast-paced environments. Currently, I lead Remoti's company-wide Training & Development program, focusing on performance management and recruitment strategies that align with our organizational goals.

My journey in HR has been marked by significant achievements, including the design and implementation of a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program that features a two-year sponsorship initiative for individuals with disabilities. I have also founded and led an Internship Program that has successfully partnered with various academic institutions, enhancing our talent pipeline.

In my previous roles, I built the Human Resources department from the ground up and managed the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for over 400 employees. I am passionate about fostering high-impact teams and driving strategic HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success.
