What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine Excel automation and dashboards with procurement/inventory support—improving reporting efficiency, strengthening supplier and client communication, and driving clear operational decisions.

I’m a professional focused on operational process optimization and data analysis, with experience in purchasing management, inventory control, and project reconciliation. In my current Inside Sales Support role, I turn raw data into strategic insights through interactive Excel dashboards and advanced management reports that support executive decision-making.

I also automate routine reporting workflows using Power Query and VBA macros, reducing manual processing time and boosting team efficiency. Previously, as an Administrative Assistant, I led training program administration, supported new hire onboarding, coordinated the company’s LMS, and used training data to build and monitor HR KPIs and operational metrics.
