What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success role where I can improve onboarding, product adoption, retention, and customer outcomes through proactive relationship management, clear education, issue ownership, and data-informed process improvement.

I've supported Kindle customers at Amazon, resolving at least 8 of every 10 contacts to the customer's confirmation and ranking in the top 10% of Kindle Support associates. I focused on clear technical education that helped customers become confident, self-sufficient Kindle users.

At The Ritz-Carlton, I own overnight guest concerns from first contact through resolution for a 116-room luxury property, coordinating across teams and using documented preferences to build trust and loyalty. My earlier personal-training practice managed about 35 active clients at a time, with 70% of business generated through renewals and referrals; I'm now building on that customer-success foundation while completing a Computer Science degree.
