What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote construction estimating role where I can apply my experience in quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, plan review, and project coordination while supporting U.S.-based construction projects from bid through procurement and installation.

I am a Civil Engineer and Construction Estimator with experience supporting U.S.-based residential construction remotely. I currently prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and proposals for high-end custom homes in the Houston market.

I have worked on 100+ custom residential projects, including homes valued at over $3M and individual proposals exceeding $100K. My work includes reviewing architectural drawings, performing digital takeoffs in RFMS Measure Premier, calculating material quantities, labor and installation requirements, and coordinating scope and pricing revisions with U.S.-based builders.

My estimating experience includes flooring, tile, countertops, waterproofing, leveling systems, scaffolding, specialty labor, materials, and installation. I also have a Civil Engineering background in structural design, construction drawings, quantity takeoffs, budgeting, cost control, and project coordination.

I am proficient in RFMS Measure Premier, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, and SAP2000. I am interested in remote opportunities as a Construction Estimator, Quantity Takeoff Specialist, Preconstruction Estimator, Civil Estimator, or Project Estimator supporting U.S.-based construction companies.
