I manage a land subdivision and urban development project in Cuenca, where I completed the site's topographic survey, handled municipal procedures, and obtained the Urban Development License (IPRUS). I also produced the access-road layout and planned the subdivision; phase one ended with all 10 first lots sold.
As a Site Engineer on residential projects, I supervise construction of single-family homes, check quality and code compliance, and coordinate crews and suppliers. At the Municipality of Cuenca, I supervised paving works and prepared progress measurement sheets for payment certificates.
My undergraduate thesis at Universidad de Cuenca developed and validated an AI-supported method for automated road network condition assessment, comparing it with conventional visual inspection. I use AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, INTERPRO and advanced Excel, and have working knowledge of BIM methodology.
