What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can manage P2P transactions, verify payments, resolve escrow disputes, and support customers through complex payment-related issues.

I manage high-volume P2P transactions on Bybit and OKX, maintaining a lifetime order completion rate above 98% across thousands of orders.

As a Super Merchant on both platforms, I handle escrow disputes, delayed or frozen bank transfers, payment issues, and unresponsive trading partners while transactions are in progress.

I use Etherscan, BscScan, and Tronscan to verify transaction hashes and blockchain payments, ensuring crypto is released only after payment is properly confirmed.
