I’m a bilingual Food Chemist with several years of laboratory experience focused on Food Quality, Safety Testing, and Analytical Processes. I bring strong Regulatory compliance, Documentation, and Food Labeling Standards to every project, with a clear focus on International Food Safety Regulations.

In my most recent role as a Junior Flavorist, I conducted food safety and quality testing in a laboratory environment, prepared detailed technical reports, and maintained accurate documentation. I also supported cross-functional work to improve product quality and helped ensure products met food safety and labeling requirements.

Earlier, as a Color Technologist at Deiman S.A. de C.V., I led internal and external projects, including formulation work for an antibacterial gel and sanitizer for hospitals during the pandemic. Across both roles, I supervised scaling from the laboratory to the factory and combined technical analysis with clear client communication—so compliance and quality move smoothly from lab results to real-world production.
