At Boskalis, I connect project teams, management, and clients through production reporting and KPI tracking across marine infrastructure, dredging, and offshore projects. I prepare contractual claims for operational delays and support international tenders with construction methodologies, activity planning, and execution-risk assessment.

Previously at Arcadis, I built and rolled out a collaborative Smartsheet platform for scope, schedule, and resource tracking on projects including an Amazon logistics centre, a lithium-ion battery gigafactory, and Tata Steel’s production-plant redesign. I led cross-disciplinary interface meetings, managed responsibility assignments, and coordinated procurement and resourcing decisions.

My earlier site-based roles at Tierra y Armonía focused on construction cost control, financial modelling, schedule performance, contractor scopes, change orders, unit-rate analysis, and strategic procurement across mixed-use developments exceeding 40,000 m².

I bring 8+ years of international project-controls and client-delivery experience, an M.Sc. in Construction Management and Engineering from TU Delft, and full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
