What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote-ready role where I can lead cross-functional delivery—balancing Agile execution, regulatory compliance, and budget/portfolio oversight—to launch digital products and drive measurable savings through strong change leadership.

I’m a Senior Project Manager with 6+ years driving high-impact initiatives across Fintech, Manufacturing, and Technology in global organizations. I’ve led cross-functional, multicultural remote teams across Mexico, USA, Colombia, and Brazil, translating strategy into delivery from concept through pilot.

In my most recent role at Spin - FEMSA, I led the launch of Juntos+ (B2B app) and Spin Negocios (fintech app for SMBs in Mexico). I managed API integrations, SDLC, and regulatory compliance while aligning Legal, Tech, and CX to remove regulatory bottlenecks—delivering 1,000 active users and 60% retention during the pilot.

Previously, as a Project Management Officer (PMO) at Whirlpool, I managed a portfolio of 20+ strategic projects and vendor transitions valued up to $800K USD per initiative. I optimized logistics and sourcing and supported data-driven decisions for Senior Management, including a supplier transition that protected quality and generated $250K USD in manufacturing cost savings.

Earlier in my career as a Cost Deployment Analyst and Jr. Project Engineer (NPI), I focused on operational excellence and cost reduction through Kaizen and structured cost deployment models. By implementing a 5-Year Cost Deployment model, I contributed $2.8M USD in annual savings and achieved Best-in-Class recognition during a global WCM audit.
