At Pluxee México, I investigated unrecognized charges, identified confirmed and friendly fraud, and documented prevention strategies for the Pluxee app. I also participated in automating validation checks and monitored the bot’s operation.

At Scotiabank Inverlat SA, I identified and escalated fraud patterns, supporting the risk team in creating rules to prevent suspicious charges from being approved. I also participated in transaction analysis for monitoring rules used with Fintech products.

Earlier at Scotiabank Inverlat SA, I worked as an Executive of Service, where I exceeded daily sales targets for more than a year and a half. I also contributed to customer service and fraud processes, including the implementation of TDD and the preparation of audit-related clarification forms.
