I lead AML investigations for crypto and fiat, ensuring compliant, high-quality outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I’m an AML and risk-focused professional with 4 years of fintech experience, currently serving as a Sr Operations Associate, Financial Crimes at Stripe (April 2024–Present). I act as the lead secondary reviewer for AML investigations, driving critical crime investigations across both fiat and crypto transactions while ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to the highest compliance standards.
I also strengthen quality and team performance: I’m a key interviewer for the Financial Crimes department, assess blockchain analysis (TRM) in key markets, and provide direct feedback to analysts to improve case management. Previously, as a Legal Compliance Analyst (AML&KYC) at DolfinTech (June 2022–April 2024), I monitored high-volume remittances, conducted KYC reviews and deep due diligence on alerts, and authored/approved SARs and regulatory filings across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil—always with a clear focus on preventing AML/CTF risk through reliable workflows.
