At Seven.One Entertainment Group, I design Joyn’s Smart TV experience across the DACH region. I led Instant Restart end-to-end, from player architecture trade-offs and benchmarking through usability testing and launch; it reached around 14,000 monthly uses, with 56% of users increasing use over time.
I also led accessibility-focused rebranding improvements for Joyn and audited the Smart TV app against accessibility guidelines, turning findings into roadmap actions.
Previously at Ideabay.AI, I designed conversational and TV experiences for Telekom, Swisscom, and Sky. My work included a voice-guided MagentaTV content-discovery experience projected to reduce task completion time by 20%, remote-control TV search, and chatbot interaction flows and prototypes.
I bring experience from BMW Group’s Developer Portal and Developer Community, along with a background in sustainable resource management. I approach product design with a focus on long-term impact, technical feasibility, and genuinely user-centered outcomes.
