At Fenix Depot, I coordinate day-to-day e-commerce operations supplying homeware plastic products from Lebanon to the UK market. I manage fulfilment, inventory, warehouse activities, shipping arrangements, and partner communication from dispatch through delivery.

I maintain accurate SKU, stock, order, and shipment records using Mintsoft and Microsoft Excel, while resolving discrepancies, delays, charges, billing issues, and delivery concerns with suppliers, warehouses, and freight providers.

Previously at GFT Global Markets UK, I supported institutional relationships, client communications, partner onboarding, reporting, and internal follow-ups in an international financial-services environment. I also provided Arabic-English document translation and real-time phone interpretation to support client communication.
