I’m looking for an accounting and operations role where I can own full-cycle bookkeeping and billing, handle reconciliations and month-end close, and improve processes—working closely with clients and teams to keep everything accurate, organized, and on time.

I’m a detail-oriented accounting and operations professional with over 10 years of experience in bookkeeping, billing, office management, and client relations across diverse industries, including oil, environmental services, and hospitality. I’m skilled in process improvement, financial reconciliation, and team coordination, and I’m known for strong communication, organization, and problem-solving.

In my current roles, I generate and process client invoices in compliance with contracts and policies, review billing data for completeness, and resolve discrepancies quickly. I also provide full-cycle bookkeeping—reconciling bank statements, maintaining accurate ledgers, managing payroll, preparing and filing payroll taxes, and generating monthly financial reports—while supporting month-end close through inventory and financial reconciliations. Previously, I managed client accounts and project documentation as an Accounts Manager/Estimator/Office Manager, and I led A/R, A/P, payroll, invoicing, and warehouse operations while recruiting, training, and supervising staff as an Operations & Warehouse Manager.
