I’m looking for a talent acquisition role where I can own niche sourcing, build strong candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers. I want a team that values data-driven sourcing metrics and a consistently excellent candidate experience.

I’m a Talent Acqusition expert and Senior Talent Acqiusition Sourcer focused on identifying and attracting top talent across diverse industries, with a strong emphasis on niche and hard-to-fill roles. In my current role at Veo Worldwide Services, I lead proactive sourcing for multiple markets (Tunisia, Romania, Republic of Moldova), build and maintain talent pipelines, conduct initial outreach and pre-screening, and optimize sourcing campaigns to improve candidate quality and reduce time-to-hire.

I also bring strong experience in full-cycle recruitment and candidate experience, having coordinated end-to-end hiring for roles across warehousing, logistics, showroom retail, and IT-related vacancies (including coverage for a 1C Developer). Previously, I led a team of 3 recruitment consultants at Dopomoga Staffing Agency, ran advanced Boolean search sourcing for IT, commercial, banking, logistics, BPO, and e-commerce roles, supported KPI achievement, and maintained reporting and ATS-driven workflows. Earlier HR work included recruitment support, adaptation and integration processes, and HR/Payroll administrative support using SAP ERP.
