I’m a business leader focused on technology-driven solutions for African businesses, and I’ve built strategy and execution across marketing, business development, and business innovation. As Chief Operating Officer at Mercurie Labs, I’ve been the operational and commercial backbone during a period of 50x revenue growth—from NGN 50m to NGN 2.5b in annual revenue.

I drove early revenue for AdPay.ng, establishing customer acquisition and support infrastructure that enabled scaling to $8M+ cumulative payment volume and a $2M+ annual run rate. I also managed key partner relationships with DigitalOcean and Huawei Cloud, led performance marketing across Google Ads and Meta Ads, and helped protect the company’s core revenue product when internal sentiment shifted. On the operations side, I built customer workflows, expense tracking, onboarding processes, and support templates from the ground up, responded to an NGN 40M+ fraud breach by rebuilding controls and introducing manual verification checkpoints, and implemented an AI-powered recruitment screening system that reduced hiring review time by ~90%.
