I'm looking to lead practical healthcare IT and operations improvements, building secure systems, clearer workflows, and dependable support for patient-care teams and growing organizations.

I've led healthcare IT and operations modernization for a Community Pediatric Clinic, rebuilding Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Business Premium environments, Entra ID access, OneDrive backup, endpoint readiness, and EHR/EMR workflows across patient-facing and clinical teams.

Through Tech Solutions Unlimited, I design and support secure IT systems for medical practices and small businesses, spanning identity, backup, remote access, telephony, CRM, websites, automation, documentation, and vendor coordination. I also bring extensive web and digital delivery experience from Kaos Designz, building WordPress and custom web solutions from discovery through launch and ongoing support.
