I’m a bilingual hospitality professional with hands-on experience supporting service in fast-paced restaurant and care environments. I bring a patient, detail-focused approach to every shift—whether I’m taking reservations, preparing service, or helping guests get what they need.

In hospital and retirement community settings, I’ve done food-related support including food prep learning, delivering food to patients, and “ensure patients are taken care of.” I also help patients with eating their meal, and I keep service running smoothly by “bus tables,” refilling drinks, and making sure everything is correct.

From my server roles, I’ve consistently handled guest-facing responsibilities like “take reservations” and “take out orders.” I’m comfortable learning and explaining “daily specials and menu,” using POS/cash register tools, and staying organized with time management and communication skills.

I also bring practical maintenance and safety habits—“clean and do my side chores such as disinfecting, mopping, vaccuming”—along with strong customer service and food safety fundamentals. I hold an Associate’s degree in Psychology, and I’m drawn to roles where I can combine service excellence, hospitality, and care-oriented support.
