What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a leadership finance role where I can own FP&A, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting, strengthen governance and compliance, and partner with senior teams to improve profitability, controls, and operational discipline.

I lead the finance function across Sri Lanka, Singapore, and the USA, aligning monthly management accounts with board-level expectations while driving budgeting, rolling forecasts, and 3–6 month cash flow planning. I focus on profitability and margin analysis, working-capital optimization, and continuous process improvements that improve efficiency and accuracy.

I’ve built strong governance frameworks and internal controls, ensuring compliance with ISO 27001 standards and overseeing tax and statutory filings across jurisdictions. Previously, I managed end-to-end financial operations at Surge Global—owning FP&A, variance analysis, financial models, AR/AP, payroll, and audit coordination—then strengthened my analytical and client-facing skills through business analysis and consulting, plus finance and accounting tutoring.
