I seek a finance role where I can apply reporting, reconciliation and budgeting skills, grow professionally, collaborate in a supportive team, and contribute to accurate financial decision-making.

I am a driven finance professional with practical experience across corporate and microfinance settings, focused on accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation. At Ascent Business Solutions I prepare and analyze financial reports, manage accounting transactions, coordinate with merchants and suppliers, and support budgeting and forecasting to enable strategic decision-making.

Previously I worked as Assistant Accountant at Strong Plus Investment handling ledgers, reconciliations, credit control, debt collections and payroll, and completed an accounts traineeship with the National Water Supply & Drainage Board. I hold a B.Sc. Honours in Business Economics (Second Class Upper Division) from the University of Colombo and professional diplomas in accounting and banking, and I tutor A/L economics while contributing to community and campus projects.
