I've spent 20 years building finance functions across manufacturing, engineering, hospitality, NGOs and audit, turning reporting into forward-looking planning and business insight.
At MG Consultants Group, I led an 11-person finance team and redesigned the operating model into AP, AR, GL, Tax and MIS divisions. I introduced monthly business performance reviews with board leadership and managed budgeting, banking facilities, cash flow, working capital, corporate tax and IRD compliance.
I've supported international leadership at AmSafe Bridport across USA and UK business units, and managed multi-country DMC operations at Olanka Travels Group and Vaaya Hotel across Sri Lanka, India, Australia and Maldives. My work includes budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, controls, pricing, profitability and performance monitoring.
Earlier, I implemented consolidated budgeting and forecasting across eight SBUs at Brown & Company PLC, developed costing and pricing models at MAS Holdings, and delivered audit engagements at Ernst & Young. I bring a practical approach to scalable finance workflows, governance and trusted business partnering.
