I’m a QA Engineer currently owning quality for Traveloka’s Customer Journey domain (Post-Booking and Cross-Sell) as the sole QA embedded in a squad of PMs, engineers, and designers. I focus on end-to-end QA—from requirements review and test design to cross-functional alignment and release coordination in fast-paced agile environments.

I bring quality gates early by running test case review sessions at project inception, aligning PMs, engineers, designers, and data stakeholders to confirm scope and surface edge cases. For each release, I lead feature demo sessions so design and functional issues are caught and resolved before production.

I’ve improved both testability and automation outcomes: I introduced a self-test phase into the team’s SDLC, requiring engineers to verify core functionality against a checklist before handing off to QA. I also increased automation coverage from 35% to 100% and passing rate from 50% to 100% using Playwright (web), Maestro Studio (mobile), and Karate (backend API functional testing). I validate data tracking behavior using BigQuery and Amplitude, and I monitor crash-free rates via Firebase Crashlytics against agreed targets (99.98% Android, 99.975% iOS), coordinating with engineers to trace root causes. I additionally serve as a rotating Release Manager (bi-weekly), managing readiness and branch cut-offs end-to-end across domains.

Before Traveloka, I built QA foundations through roles including Software Quality Assurance at PegiPegi, where I developed test cases, performed Android SDK testing, and supported insurance booking and migration testing to Flutter. Earlier, as a project-based virtual intern at Evermos x Rakamin, I did API testing with Postman and performance testing with k6 (up to 1000 virtual users), creating HTML-based reports to analyze results—habits that still shape how I test and communicate quality today.
