What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an operations/process excellence role where I can independently own Lean roadmap delivery, SOP/compliance audits, and AI-assisted analytics—preferably in a remote-friendly setup with clear outcomes and continuous improvement culture.

I'm an Operations & Process Excellence Manager and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, with 11 years in operations from the shop floor to management. At Stanley Black & Decker, I led a full CI roadmap (Kaizen, 5S, VSM, DMAIC) on a 60,000 sqm logistics site. My main project, an ABC slotting redesign, delivered 540K€ in savings through a 28% gain in picking productivity.

I also work at the intersection of operations and applied AI. I've built and shipped 2 iOS apps solo, both live on the App Store. I use AI tools daily too, for dashboards, reporting and data analysis. I picked up that habit automating internal workflows back at SBD.

I'm full remote and open to contractor (B2B) or permanent roles, with experience across ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance audits and freelance process/CI consulting.
