At Sanofi Winthrop Industrie, I manage a portfolio of 83 Third Party suppliers and oversee the qualification of more than 150 articles. I help ensure Third Party activities meet legal and regulatory requirements, maintain quality documentation, and resolve quality issues.
Previously, at Sanofi Winthrop Industrie, I led the design and deployment of a Power Apps and Power Automate tool for commercialization documents across two sites. I also developed KPI dashboards in Power BI and managed an organizational change project for product franchise and product manager teams.
