What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in customer service, virtual assistance, administrative support, data entry, or entry-level healthcare administration, with an interest in healthcare administration and patient support.

At Ghana Highways Authority, I supervised staff and supported the day-to-day operation of a toll facility. I monitored revenue collection and cash-handling procedures, prepared operational reports, and maintained records.

In client service at M-Plaza Hotel, I welcomed guests, responded to enquiries and complaints, and assisted with billing and telephone enquiries. I also supported event coordination at Rosemash Limited, Nigeria, and helped customers explore tour options at Sunseekers Tours Limited.

I've completed virtual assistant training through Alison and am currently training as a Medical Virtual Assistant. I use Google Workspace, Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Word and Excel, and Zoom for administrative tasks and virtual collaboration.
