At the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra, I increased diverse candidate representation by 25% through targeted recruitment strategies and inclusive hiring practices. I also partnered with a unionized workforce, led recruitment and employee relations, administered benefits, and developed an Administrative Assistant.
At Junior Achievement of Wisconsin and the City of Milwaukee, I directed HR operations, advised leadership on workforce planning and policy, and managed HR and payroll staff supporting a large public utility.
I also teach Safety and HR Management at Waukesha County Technical College and bring experience in HRIS, benefits, compliance, talent acquisition, and bilingual Spanish communication.
