What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote customer-support position, and I’m comfortable supporting customers through chat, email, and telephone.

At Safe world telecom, I communicated with customers in person and through telephone and digital channels, answered questions, and shared relevant information. I identified customer needs, handled concerns, and followed up with customers.

As an online book reviewer with Onlinebookclub.com, I reviewed content against instructions and provided written feedback. I’m available for remote customer-support positions and comfortable with chat, email, and telephone communication.
