What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer- or patient-facing role where I can use clear communication, teamwork, Zendesk, HubSpot, and social media skills to support customers, strengthen company reputation, and continue developing professionally.

I've supported patients at Guinea Savannah Medical Center in Abuja, handling complaints and enquiries while communicating clearly both orally and verbally.

As a Registered Nurse, I work effectively within a team and focus on helping customers have positive experiences that protect an organisation's reputation.

I'm commercially focused and bring strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility, loyalty, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

I hold a Bachelor of Nursing Science from Ahmedu Bello University, Zaria, and use platforms including Zendesk, HubSpot, and social media.
