What I'm looking for

I seek advisory or consulting roles in cybersecurity and data protection where I can apply litigation experience, regulatory expertise, and support compliance for technology organisations.

I am a seasoned legal professional and founder of M/s. BKRRAO Cyberlaw Consultants with over 25 years of trial and appellate court practice, including appearances before the High Court of Karnataka. My practice bridges traditional litigation skills with specialised cyber law and data protection advisory.

I hold a B.Sc. and LL.B. from Bangalore University and a Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune, and I have advised technology startups and IT firms on IT Act compliance, GDPR alignment and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

I author books on digital technologies and focus on delivering litigation strategy, legal drafting, compliance risk advisory and regulatory guidance in cybersecurity, data protection and digital rights.
