I’m a legally trained professional with a double degree in Arts and Law and hands-on experience in contract drafting, legal document preparation, and corporate compliance. I also hold a Master’s in Cybersecurity, which gives me an edge for roles involving technology contracts, data protection agreements, and privacy compliance.

In my legal work, I’ve drafted and reviewed sale deeds, agreements of sale, and formal legal correspondence while ensuring accuracy and enforceability. I’ve advised on corporate governance topics like board meeting procedures and statutory records, and I’ve developed and implemented data protection policies to support data privacy law compliance.

As a Cybersecurity Consultant at PwC India, I draft and maintain Cyber Crisis Management Plans (CCMP), incident response playbooks, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and I prepare client-facing documentation for sensitive cyber incidents. I advise clients on data privacy obligations during data breach scenarios, and I’m especially well-suited to remote contract drafting and CLM roles where clear, structured writing directly supports compliance and risk reduction.
