I’m a Senior Privacy Consultant and Advocate with deep experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating privacy and commercial agreements—privacy policies, DPAs, and consent frameworks—while aligning work to applicable data protection laws. I bring strong organizational skills and a compliance-first mindset to make sure processes are legally defensible and operationally usable.
In my current role at Sarvahita Legal, I advise on regulatory developments across data privacy, cybersecurity, and digital evidence across jurisdictions. I build compliance frameworks and checklists aligned with ISO 27001, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, PCI-DSS, and the DPDPA, and I support privacy and compliance audits through planning, gap analysis, documentation review, and audit reporting.
I also handle matters that require evidentiary precision: I assist in investigations and cyber incidents by reviewing electronic records, communications, and documentation for evidentiary and compliance standards, including data handling, record integrity, and chain of custody. I draft and support legal pleadings—writ petitions, applications, affidavits, and motions—and brief senior advocates and counsel in criminal, commercial, regulatory, investigative, and cyber-related matters.
Earlier, as Sr Associate (Contracts and Privacy) and Sr Associate (Privacy), I strengthened my end-to-end privacy delivery through contracting work (MSA, SoW, NDA, DPA), data mapping and privacy program artifacts (RoPA, PIA, DPIA, LIA, TIA), and worldwide privacy framework preparation. Alongside my legal training, I’ve also completed practical cyber and DFIR learning modules (including phishing and passive reconnaissance), which helps me translate technical realities into clear legal and compliance outcomes.
