What I'm looking for

I’m looking to continue in corporate advisory where I can own privacy and data-protection compliance alongside high-stakes commercial contracting and dispute support. I want a company that values clear risk thinking, strong confidentiality standards, and cross-border execution.

I’m an Independent Legal Counsel advising corporate clients on contractual compliance, data protection obligations, and risk mitigation across commercial and operational processes. I draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements—NDAs, service agreements, distributorship, licensing, SaaS, employment, and SLAs—focused on confidentiality, data handling, and privacy obligations.

I also provide regulatory advice across corporate governance, cross-border transactions, vendor due diligence, and M&A activity, especially where sensitive data sharing and processing are involved. On the dispute side, I handle and oversee litigation involving commercial and contractual disputes before courts and tribunals in Karnataka.

Previously, as an Associate at Mohan Associates, I advised on Intellectual Property, regulatory compliance, and contractual protections of proprietary data. I drafted IP infringement documentation, cease and desist notices, and complex commercial agreements, and I supported senior counsel on matters involving the Information Technology Act, Arbitration, and Company Law.

Earlier roles strengthened my drafting and legal research foundation across commercial and real estate disputes, with attention to privacy, liability, and information governance under RERA. Across my work, I’m driven by precision in confidentiality and disclosure provisions, practical risk thinking, and clear alignment of legal strategy with business objectives.
