I’m a Medical Biller/Coder who helps clients and ensures bills are processed correctly. I’ve handled client questions, advised on necessary actions and strategies for bill payment, and arranged payment schedules based on clients’ financial situations.

At AKZ Management, I recorded address changes and purged records of deceased clients. I received payments and posted amounts paid to clients’ accounts, and forwarded bills for clients who received medical attention from doctors to various insurance companies.

In operations roles, I built strong accuracy and process habits through inventory and mail work. With the United States Postal Service, I conducted product inventories, attached/removed security devices, verified and recorded sales floor inventory and shrinkage, and brought discrepancies to supervisory attention.

I also supported high-volume logistics with Amazon—lifting over 50 lbs, packing packages for delivery, scanning packages, and removing packages from the conveyor belt to the appropriate shelf. My objective is to “obtain a position” that uses my creativity, broad range of experience, and technical expertise while offering an opportunity for growth.
