I’m a Fraud Specialist who reviews suspicious transactions, analyzes large amounts of data for patterns, and performs risk assessments to prioritize investigations. I track fraud cases, monitor trends, and support strategies aimed at prevention.

In my work, I pay close attention to detail—reviewing transactions and receipts to identify suspicious activity, and analyzing financial statements for discrepancies and irregularities. I communicate clearly with coworkers and management while collaborating to develop practical ways to combat fraud.

Before that, I worked as an Account Manager, achieving or exceeding company sales quotas and building a consistent sales portfolio. I negotiated pricing and service agreements, and consulted businesses with accurate product and service information based on customer needs and applicable regulations.

I also bring strong operational discipline from earlier roles, including Machine Operator and Pastry Chef, where I maintained high standards of quality, followed compliance requirements, and stayed dependable in fast-paced environments. I’m proactive, ethical, and detail-oriented—and I’m excited to keep growing while helping a team succeed.
