What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, logistics, warehouse, or inventory leadership role where I can improve processes, build reliable workflows, support teams, and help a growing business operate more efficiently.

I've improved operational systems across dealerships, transportation companies, warehouses, and industrial suppliers. At Baron BMW, I introduced vehicle check-in, pre-delivery inspection, pre-cleaning, and merchandising workflows that supported growth from 50 BMW sales per month to more than 150.

At Bold Transportation, I managed dispatch operations across freight, equipment, billing, and paperwork while optimizing routes and supporting drivers with DOT compliance, safety protocols, and driving procedures. I also recruited, onboarded, and trained employees across operational functions.

At Aretex Industrial Supplies, I ran operations so the owner could focus on sales and customer relationships. I built and relocated warehouses, managed inventory and ordering, implemented software, and led website, branding, and design work.
