What I'm looking for

Seeking a role that utilizes my skills in human resources and administration to support a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of the organization.

I am Cristina Laporta, a certified psychologist with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Universidad Femenina del Sagrado Corazon. With a strong background in human resources and administration, I have worked in various roles, including as a Human Resources Analyst and as an English teacher at several institutions.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in recruitment, onboarding, and staff management, as well as experience in teaching English to students of all ages. I am fluent in English and Spanish and enjoy working as a team to assist applicants, students, supervisors, coworkers, and users in any way possible.

In my current role I oversee job applications, onboarding, recruitment, and staff contracts, among other tasks. I am proficient in using Oracle NetSuite and have experience in generating reports, creating billing forecasts, and issuing purchase orders.
