I’m a Human Resources Technician and psychology-trained professional, bringing an interdisciplinary foundation grounded in human behavior, interpersonal relations, people development, communication, and workflow organization. With a Specialist in Family and Community Health and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, I focus on strengthening people and systems through careful listening, proactive coordination, and collaborative work.
