I lead weekly client meetings, build timelines around milestones and roadblocks, coordinate with R&I, operations, product development, and quality teams, and support turnkey projects by sourcing components and setting up BOMs and fill and assembly instructions.
Previously at Cosmetica Laboratories, I managed relationships across more than 20 clients and coordinated an average of 35 projects at a time, representing more than $5 million in revenue. I handled regulatory requests, quotations, sampling, marketing sheets, and formula-development feedback while introducing prospects to the company at tradeshows.
My background also includes sales operations at Karuna Skin, inventory coordination at Garcoa Laboratories, and supply chain support at Jouer Cosmetics. I bring product knowledge, project management, client communication, and Spanish-language capability to cosmetics commercialization.
