What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead practical Microsoft platform, identity, infrastructure, security, and governance work that improves operational visibility, modernization, resilience, and long-term supportability.

At Brindley Engineering, I provide technical ownership for Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, security, Windows infrastructure, virtualization, networking, storage, and backup supporting approximately 170 employees.

I'm leading SharePoint and data modernization planning for approximately 8 TB of business data, using inventory and reporting to guide information architecture, permissions, governance, migration, and lifecycle decisions. I build PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, CSV, and Power BI workflows that automate administration and improve operational visibility.

Across internal IT, consulting, and managed services, I've delivered Microsoft cloud, infrastructure, security, migration, and recovery work for more than 20 years. I turn security, governance, reliability, and operational gaps into practical architecture, standards, runbooks, remediation plans, and leadership-ready recommendations.
