Grants and operations professional driving compliance, stewardship, and mission-focused execution.
What I'm looking for
I am a grants and operations professional with over 10 years managing end-to-end grant, contract, and program operations in nonprofit and public-sector settings. I focus on precision, accountability, and mission impact while partnering cross-functionally with finance, legal, and program teams.
In municipal and large public-sector environments, I have owned full lifecycles from agreement development and compliance tracking through reporting, reconciliation, and close-out, supporting multi-project, multi-funding portfolios and multi-million-dollar initiatives.
I develop and maintain workflows and SOPs, manage vendor and consultant contracts, and coordinate budget reconciliation and audit-ready documentation. My work emphasizes accessibility, inclusive community engagement, and measurable program outcomes informed by data and feedback.
I intentionally seek an individual contributor role where I can apply deep operational ownership, continuous improvement, and stakeholder stewardship to drive program integrity and lasting community impact.
