What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead compliance, grants administration, and risk-management work that helps mission-driven organizations manage public funding responsibly and improve operational guidance and processes.

At the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation, I manage compliance operations for federal funding, including subrecipient monitoring, risk tracking, award reviews, and audit certifications.

I interpret agency-specific terms and conditions, including 2 CFR 200 requirements, and translate funding-source regulations into clear guidance for internal stakeholders, subawards, and contracts. I also work directly with subrecipient management to resolve policy and compliance questions.

Previously, I managed grants administration at NFWF, reviewing work for accuracy, training new staff, resolving recipient issues, and improving policies and workflows. As a Grants Administrator, I supported awards, amendments, payments, contracts, and budget reviews throughout the grant lifecycle.

My earlier public-service and research work included securing funding for a major Renton public mural, developing grant applications, leading community projects, and analyzing economic data for written reports.
