I’m an Instrumentation & Control Engineer who’s built hands-on competence at the intersection of electrical power systems and real-world service delivery. I enjoy working with technical teams in dynamic environments where I can apply my skills, keep learning, and support organizational goals.
In customer-facing IT roles, I provided technical support and assistance to customers on network connectivity, software applications, and hardware problems. I used CRM systems to track interactions and feedback, collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries quickly, and trained new employees on IT protocols, procedures, and customer care best practices.
In Protection Control and Metering, I design, develop, and implement protection schemes for electrical power systems to ensure equipment and personnel safety.
