Constant Khasindu

I’m a dedicated professional with a background in sustainable development and gender equality initiatives, supported by a BSc in Agribusiness Management. I apply management into sustainability development, using agriculture as a sustainable development tool.

For over 3 years at Wangu Kanja Foundation, I contributed to efforts aimed at ending sexual gender-based violence (SGBV) through community empowerment, policy advocacy, and sustainable programming. I integrate SDGs—especially SDG 5, SDG 6, and SDG 16—into violence prevention strategies, using strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and impact assessment to support long-term societal change.

I also support program delivery through detailed reporting, including progress updates, impact assessments, and donor reports, while assisting with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities. Previously, as a Volunteer Coordinator for Green Team Network, I organized volunteer efforts for environmental conservation while facilitating training for youth and women-led groups on sustainable farming practices and gender equality-focused violence prevention.
