I’m a detail-oriented Junior IT Procurement Specialist with hands-on experience sourcing IT equipment, managing vendors, and supporting procurement operations in fast-paced environments. I focus on cost control, compliance, and efficiency to help keep services running without interruption.

In my Freelance Virtual Assistant work, I supported IT procurement tasks including sourcing laptops, software subscriptions, and internet services for clients. I tracked purchase orders, invoices, and payments for accurate documentation, coordinated vendor research and price comparisons, and helped maintain records for IT assets, licenses, and subscriptions.

I also work with domain and internet services—handling renewals and basic DNS updates—while preparing business documents and reports that support daily operations. I’m proficient in ERP systems (Odoo/SAP) and Microsoft Excel, and I bring strong integrity, organization, and compliance awareness to every task.
